We stand behind the quality of our products and work with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Your order is carefully inspected before leaving our studio, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below for returns:

• Email boutique@cypressalbums.com or call Customer Care at 1-(818)-551-0023 to receive return authorization
• We will email you a Return Form to be completed and included with your return shipment
• Carefully package items as they were received to avoid shipping damage and return to:

Customers have 10 days to return any unwanted merchandise with the exception of large quantity and custom orders. A full refund (less shipping charges) will be issued only if the items are in unused, saleable condition. The Boutique by Cypress is not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping.
